Topic: Is Mapbox support broken ?

Hello there, it seam that Mapbox is no more working with the current OnlineMaps version 4.5.

configuring the Map Component to Mapbox and adding the Token, userID and mapID, it only displays a white plane.
No matter what I change of mapID style, it is the same even using one of the default styles from the Mapbox web site.

Could you please help ?

Hello.

Yes, this is a bug on Mapbox's end.
The problem is that Mapbox changed how their engine works, and now layers aren't populated when creating a style.
Because of this, their own official Static Tiles API isn't working correctly.

This can be fixed by creating a style based on the old JSON, which contains layers.
I’ve attached an example of such a JSON file.
Create a style based on this JSON, and it will work correctly.

P.S. Please contact Mapbox support and let them know that their Static Tiles API isn’t working because of the layers.
The more people who report this, the better the chances are that they’ll fix it soon.

Thank you for the fast response,

it does not fix the problem, could you please give me a working mapID, copying allowed in the share options,  that way I would clone it and use it.
