Topic: Is it possible to display only one city or one country?

hi. Is it possible to display only one city or one country online? What I mean is that the map of a specific city should load while the rest of the locations do not. For example, only the city of Colorado should load, and not the surrounding cities.
I looked at LockPositionAndZoomExample example, but it’s not what I was looking for.

This is only possible if you will use your own WMS/WMTS tile server.
