Align - Center
Use Compass - True

The marker is broken when the map is rotated.

Just an idea:
You use Custom system of markers for NGUI, so you can show this marker using NGUI.
Example of how to display the marker at the GPS location:

I have resolved to create a GPS marker to marker NGUI.
