Hi.

As far as I know Amap does not support map styling.
Currently only Mapbox and Google Maps support stylised maps.

Is the style of Google Maps provided via raster tiles? I've looked into the open platform of Amap, and it actually offers a custom style service, but it seems to be available only through vector tiles.

Can vector tiles be used with the Online Map Unity plugin?

Yes, Mapbox and Google Maps can style raster tiles.
Online Maps can only display raster tiles.
Displaying vector tiles is not supported.
