Topic: [SOLVED]Drawing neighborhood boundary and fill inside different color

Hello, I want to highlight a one neighborhood in map. Can I draw the boundaries in this neighborhood and fill inside this boundaries with different color or change the transparency? Is that possible? I checked atlas examples and youtube channel but not exactly found seems like this. Thank you. smile
