Topic: Anyone every get this OnLine MAPs working on Lumin OS / Magic Leap?

We're getting a connection refused Curl error 7; failed to connect to <service> port 443 connection refused


Not sure if this is just due to an incorrect setting-up a keys, or something else. Build the demo scene to android works just fine, so not sure then if there is something else going or ?

Hello.

Add Online Maps Log component, and enable Show Request.
This will show all requests and response statuses in the console.
You need 4xx (request errors) and 5xx (server errors) codes.
Send me the URL that is generating the error and I will try to give you some advice on how to fix it.

I sent in email the logs



Just making sure the steps are:

1. I created a BING account and created a key:
https://www.bingmapsportal.com/Application#

2. I copied the key into the Bing Maps field of the Key Manager child object of the map object

- Did I need to do anything else?


Here is an example log line:
2020-08-29 16:29:59.312;116036;2158;8;Error;Unity;Curl error 7: Failed to connect to t3.ssl.ak.tiles.virtualearth.net port 443: Connection refused;
