Topic: Full scale Earth: space to face

Hi, I am looking for a multiresolution full-scale Earth package for a cultural AR research project (initial use-case).
I would need to be able to zoom from space to ground and operate on ground at avatar level. I am aware of the floating point scaling issues and will be applying floating origin to it.
Your demos look great, does your system handle space to face zooming?

Re: Full scale Earth: space to face

Hello.

Most likely your goal means the Earth as a sphere.
Unfortunately, the current version of Online Maps cannot do this.
We have plans to implement Earth mode in future versions, but I can’t say (even approximately) when it will be implemented.

Dear Kayumiy, please do not spam other users threads.
On the site and in the documentation, I promised to respond within 24 hours and in 99.9% of cases I do it on time.
In addition, you forget the important thing - you and I are in different time zones, and I sometimes sleep.

Why "No you misunderstood my point"?
You are definitely not cosmochristo, because your ip is in another country.
That was the answer for cosmochristo.

Yes, you can have offline maps.
Please read the section "Using offline" in the documentation.
