Topic: Purchased asset, twice, but can't access in Unity Store

I know this is somewhat out of scope for this forum, but I'm in a bind here. I've purchased the asset twice on the Unity store, both times my card has been successfully charged, and both times the store has told me that the transaction could not be processed.


The problem is that I've cleared my weekend to work on integrating this asset and now I cannot. I'm not worried about the Unity store, I can always dispute the charge with them, I'm concerned over the limited time I have dedicated to work with this asset...


Is there any way you can help me out here?
