Topic: Why does the map always have a black area ?

Hello!
I created a 2D map through the wizard. I set the texture size as 2048x1024, however I found a black area existing on the left of the map when the zoom=3. But when I continued to zoom up the map, it became normal. At the same time, when I set the texture size as 1024x1024, it was normal.
I couldn't find out this.
What should I do to remove the black area when zoom=3.

Hello.

Are you a customer who asked for a refund on June 20?
If yes, then it is at least unfair to continue to use the asset and ask for support when you received (or will soon receive) your money back.

If this is a coincidence (that I received similar messages on the forum and by email on one day from one country), and you are a different customer, please accept my apologies for this message.
To confirm that you are a different customer, please send me your Invoice Number via PM or email (support@infinity-code.com).

Kind Regards,
Infinity Code Team.
