Topic: Use map texture on building roofs

I would have thought that a it would be an easy and very useful feature if one could just use the map texture with the same coordinates on the roofs of the buildings. Since the buildings get placed in the right location, the map texture should then fit the roof of the building perfectly. ( just like if you extrude a building out of a textured mesh). But I cannot see that feature anywhere. Help please!

Real World Terrain does not have this feature.
I think this feature will be very useful.
