I have posted a image of my work. Wanted to know if this can be converted to terrain with mesh to terrain.

Hello.

Yes, Mesh to Terrain can convert such mesh.

P.S. On your mesh a quarter of a rectangle is cut out.
If you cut it just to show me, it does not matter.
If this is a real mesh screenshot, then Unity Terrain can only be a rectangular, and Mesh to Terrain will create a terrain in this place too.
