Topic: Android Project using "online maps"

How can I let the user cache the map for offline use in the app (such as viewing the map, locating their own position and adding markers to the map)? Also, can the map be zoomed when we drag it by our fingers like Google map?

You ask about the smooth zoom, right?
For Tileset - Online Maps Tileset Control / Smooth Zoom - ON.
For other controls do not have such built-in feature, but you can do it using Online Maps API.
