Topic: Buildings with google maps

Is it possible to get the buildings with google maps. I have noticed that if I use OSM for buildings and GM for maps, the buildings do not line up with the map correctly.

Is it because they handle them differently or is it the math is slightly off?

Hello.

No, it's impossible to get buildings from Google Maps, because it uses a private (non-public) format of buildings, about which there is no information on the Internet.
Yes, OSM buildings is not very accurate.
Theoretically, it is possible to write a script to use buildings from mapbox / mapzen.
