Topic: Compass Heading only true why?

I have many problems in compass rotation under onlinemaps . When I see your script only trueheading command ("under location services and getcompass takes trueheading value") is only exist and there is no any information. Do you think android OS works with trueheading ?
If I change your script by myself when update all my corrections will be lost.
Could you add magnetic heading value option for android in your script for systemic work..

Yes, Online Maps Location Service uses trueHeading.
Yes, I know that it works on Android.
Please explain to me why you think it does not work on Android.
I just reread Unity Scripting Reference, and have not found the information about it.

You can use magneticHeading in two ways:
1.Online Maps Location Service is a wrapper for Unity Location Service and Unity Compass.
Just use Compass.magneticHeading.

2. You can modify OnlineMapsLocationService.UpdateCompassFromInput, to use magneticHeading.

May be wrong that I am I do not not android sensors are different from I phone which shows both true and magnetic?
But I do not know why my compass not working, I use get compass heading value under play maker and I write it to screen due to my compass heading rotation accidentally wrong but, values also crazy..

This is a very old post for Corona SDK.
I've never worked with Corona and do not know to what it refers.
This problem is specific for Corona or it refers to Android.
This discussion of 2011, so it's about Android 2.X or 3.X. Currently the latest version of Android is 7. And it is very difficult to find devices that uses Android v4.2 or earlier.
I go to Android SDK and have not found the information about it.
We are talking about Unity, and between Android SDK and your code has at least one additional abstraction layer.

Compass is used by most Online Maps users.
And it works with trueHeading.

As I wrote earlier, if you do not want to use trueHeading, you can use Compass.magneticHeading directly, without using Online Maps Location Service.
