There is a bug in OnlineMaps.SetPosition when using a border type position range.

In the two places where CheckAndFix is called the latitude and longitude are passed in the wrong order. The lines should be:

bool tlc = positionRange.CheckAndFix(ref tlx, ref tly);
bool brc = positionRange.CheckAndFix(ref brx, ref bry);
