I am trying to develop a offline navigation. Almost everything works fine.
I can download the area I want and save it offline at the path I set.

But when I turn of the connection to the internet it only loads from the cache not from my saved files.
When I manually delete the cache file nothing will be loaded from disk.

Can somehome help me with this problem?
