This is not a bug.
This is the planned behavior of the map, because in Online Maps v2.x zoom is integer.
In Online Maps v3, zoom is float and when it wll be released the problem will go.

I have disabled Allow Camera Control
and enabled Smoot Zoom
I have a problem when I use the touch screen to do
the zoom of the Tilesets map
When I release the touch screen the Tileset map will update
But it doesn't keep the position and zoom selected with
the touch screen
