Hello.

Google Maps has excellent buildings, and I really would like to know how it works.
But, unfortunately, this is undocumented technology, of which there is no information.

Theoretically, you can try to implement buildings from Mapbox.
But it will require you to have a good programming experience.

I've noticed that OSM doesn't have building data for a great many buildings, leaving the map blank except for roads in residential areas. Is there a way to point the Buildings plugin to a different source for the data? I see the Google Maps has got everything accurately represented, but am not sure if that can be used as a source, or if you can get data more directly from there.

Any ideas? Thanks!
