OnlineMapsLocationService is a wrapper for Unity Location Service.
So you can use Input.location.IsEnabledByUser directly.

There is some method to know when I have not activated the gps of my cell phone, using the native of unity if it works (Input.location.IsEnabledByUser).
But using the map service this does not work.

I tried :

OnlineMapsLocationService.instance.IsLocationServiceRunning ()

and

OnlineMapsLocationService.instance.isActiveAndEnabled
