Hello.

I think this is very useful and we will add these features to 2D and 3D markers.

My recomendation about 3D markers:
a) allow add tags to markers for grouping
b) allow add unique marker names or id (if we want set id from database for every marker)
c) allow remove marker by tag or unique id/name (not only by index/all etc.)
d) allow change marker name/tag without touching prefab

At this moment i save that info in script who are attached to every marker + in customData
