Yes, it is quite possible due to a proxy.
If you have problems with the update, you can send your invoice number to support (support@infinity-code.com), and I will send you a link to the latest version.

Please tell me, and if I had a similar problem, and I don't know where it came from, what do I do? It could be the fact that I started to use proxy server to connect to the network?

Online Maps displays that update is available but when new version checked nothing happens.
