You asked your question in Online Maps section, so I was answering about that asset.

RWT supports latitudes above 60 too.
But SRTM and SRTM30 just don't have data for latitudes above 60 and below -60.
So if you need an area with latitude above 60, simply select Elevation Provider - Bing Maps or Mapbox.

It only shows:
SRTM and SRTM only contain data in the latitude range 60 to -60. Please select another Elevation Provider.
