Hello Alex,
I have looked more into the issue but I feel like I am stuck on this issue.
Based on the message above do you think you might know what the issue might be?

We have looked into the firewall settings, and tried to allow it through. We have even gotten a new subscription and keys for Here.com. One project mostly works fine but the other is having issues connecting. Both projects still encounter the 401 error, one a lot less than the other.

Thank you for your time,
Philip

Hello Alex,
Thank you for your response, I have used the log in both of my projects. I have found it is spitting out an error at the moment and is the reason it is not updating. Below is the error

Error: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
from https://2.base.maps.ls.hereapi.com/mapt … 72/256/png
If need I give more of the message since this is most of it.

My other project has the exact same implementation and rarely gets this issue.

Philip

Hello everyone,
I have been using Here API/Nokia Maps and OnlineMapsHereRoutingAPIResults, as with my previous post. In my previous project I was able to successful implement the maps with a basic implementation.

When implementing it in my current project I notice my map is not updating as well as in other project. I also do not see where our user current is at the moment as well. Scrolling around the map doesn't update after I move around, and the redraw button doesn't seem to do anything. Would anyone happen to know what the issue here may be?

After the message from Alex I put a logger and I notice I am getting the following error.
Error: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
from https://2.base.maps.ls.hereapi.com/mapt … 72/256/png
If need I give more of the message since this is most of it.

Setup for online maps is
Source: Online
Provider: Nokia Maps(Here.com)
Type: Pedestrian Night

Current we are using the location in New York of:
Lat: 40.7900324504349
Long: -73.9655750987393
attached is how the map looks currently in.

Edit: I tried an example where we used my settings and I had the same result when scrolling around the map.
This could be something wrong with how the Nokia Map (here.com) provider limiting my map usage. I tried the other map providers, Esri, google, and Bing they all worked fine.

Thank you for your time,
Philip Ong
