I just tested TouchForwarder in Tileset on UI example scene, and it works correctly on my side. Also, there is no change in TouchForwarder script in the new version. And there were no changes to anything inside the map that could affect that script.

I use the TouchForwarder script to move and zoom de map. After the update the zoom still works but the move does not seem to work anymore.
