There can only be one problem here that causes elevations not to be displayed - it's a problem with downloading elevation data.
But this is a very general problem and can have many causes, e.g:
- A problem with the internet connection;
- A personal or corporate firewall;
- A problem with the SSL certificate;
- Application permissions.

How to check what is going on with the request on your end:
1. Add a Log component, and enable Show Requests.
2. Find the url of the request elevation data.
3. On Win11, try opening this in a browser. If unsuccessful, the problem is in the internet connection or firewall.
4. Make the request yourself using a C# script, and check the response. The query will most likely fail, but this will give you debugging ways, because debugging a single query is much easier than looking for a problem in an entire asset.
