The quality of the panorama depends on the Zoom field.
Set Zoom - 4 and you will see an increase in quality.

I am using UPanoConnector in my app, and I am wondering why there is this huge resolution difference between a GSV panorama within my app and the same in GoogleMaps ?

I don't see any parameter that I could change to increase the texture size?
