The way you add objects depends a lot on what kind of objects they are.
For example, if these are dynamic objects, you can use 2D or 3D markers.
If they are drawn on a texture, you can use an overlay:

Hi, I am new the online map.
I am focusing on driving on the river.
Can you suggest how to add object overlays on the maps such as boats, building and river boundary?
Also, how to add water texture on the river?

Do I need to pin them over the tile?
