Thank you very much for the feature request.
A few months ago this feature was on the work list and I was even starting to explore the possibility of implementing it, but... I found that this feature is in the editor out of the box. Just hold ALT while collapsing/expanding a tree item (hierarchy, project, whatever) to do it recursively.

Congratulations I really like your asset. Really usefull!

It would be amazing to be able to assign a shortcut to collapse the project hierarchy folder with a key. Everytime you click an object in the scene it select it in the hierarchy and expand all the view. So I have to collapse the folder 100 times a day by clicking on the project window which is pita. Thanks!
