You need to remove the scripting define symbols, not the files.
Open Edit / Project Settings / Player.
In Scripting Define Symbols section, remove UCONTEXT and UCONTEXT_PRO keys.
Migration Window has a button to automatically remove these keys.

When deleting the UContext foder, the migration window should remove unnecessary Ucontext scripts located in 3rd Party asset foder of UPano and OLMaps, otherwise an error is generated in play mode.
