Bing Maps Unity SDK uses some of its own data sources, about which there is no official information.
And it has obfuscated source code, so it's not so easy to dig inside to figure out how they do it.
Visually it looks like using a 3D scan instead of elevations.

I have noticed the big difference in heightmap quality between terrains downloaded from BingMap at full resolution and the heightmaps from the Bing Maps SDK (Photos below).
Is there any possibility to get that detail in the heightmaps? I have been checking different combinations of data but doesn't seem possible to get that result. Maybe these resolutions or data are not offered to third parties?
