Hello.

First of all open Profiler (Window / Analysis / Profiler) and run the scene to check which method is slowing down the application.
I tested your exe and I have about 10 fps when moving with elevations enabled.
I watched your video, reproduced your settings, and I have about 60 fps.

If you can't figure out using Profiler what is slowing down your application, send me your project by email. I will check it.

I tried lot of things, the project is very simple and I don’t understand why the framerate drops so much when ArcGis elevation is on.
Turning of Horizon script doesn’t change anything.
