I checked it.

This does not happen when you disable GameObject.
This happens when you disable Online Maps (Script), and control left enabled.

Solution:
1. Disable Online Maps and Control.
2. Disable GameObject containing Online Maps and Control.

OnlineMaps is set up as shown in the screenshot. When disabling the container game object at runtime, the following happens:

NullReferenceException: A null value was found where an object instance was required.
  at OnlineMapsMarker.HitTest (Vector2 coordinates, Int32 zoom) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
  at OnlineMaps.GetMarkerFromScreen (Vector2 screenPosition) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
