Procedural Toolkit is an open source procedural generation library. One of the examples that it provides is a building generator. I've taken a quick look at it and believe it looks like it would work with RWT (starts with abase polygon then extrudes the walls.

It's under the MIT license and thus can be included in your asset. This would make the built-in buildings generator much better than the one you currently have.
