Topic: Camera is "bumping" when moving the map with elevation

Hi

When i enable the elevation, moving the map makes the camera bump sometimes.

It doesn't happen every time (or most probably it doesn't happen everywhere on the map)

It is a bit hard to catch on a GIF but you should be able to see some camera bumps :

Do you have any idea of what could cause this trouble ?

Thanks & happy new year

More precision : I think it happen when a part of a map with a higher elevation is passing in front of the cursor, which is panning the map from a lower elevation point.

1: enable elevation an use camera control to see the map, not from a top view
2: click on the map, somewhere with low elevation
3: by holding this click, pan the map until a more elevated point (like a hill or a mountain) come to mask the initial point from the cursor
4: you should see the problem occuring

Re: Camera is "bumping" when moving the map with elevation

Hello.

This happens when, when dragging a map, there is a large elevation difference next to the cursor.

But it is not so easy to fix.
Here need some special trick to work around this.
I have a couple of ideas on how to fix this.
I will try to fix it, and let you know the results.

Kind Regards,
