Topic: Why dont has 3d marker in spriteRenderer ?

I think SpriteRenderer is good. But I wan to add a 3d marker. because 2d marker have no TramsForm and GameObject. I need to add other component. anyone help me. I dont want to use meshRenderer. because it need lots of dc. who tell me these costs

Sprite Renderer Control is a 2D control.
To use 3D markers you must use 3D control.
In 99% of cases it is better to use the tileset control.
Other controls should be used to solve specific problems when you really cannot use the tileset.

Now, I want to make a customize 2d (sprite or sprite renderer) marker.
Is this a good ideal?

i think sprite map is high performance.i would rather make a customize marker.because i have lots of effects.I dont understand the difference of performance.can u tell me suggest .thanks

Unfortunately, I did not understand your question about performance.
All controls except tileset have the same performance.
Tileset has much better performance.
