Topic: What is the format of the textures .RAW export?

I wanted to touch up some textures (take out clouds) on my terrains using the .RAW export/import option, but the export textures command doesn't bring up the .RAW export dialogue for me (bits/encoding) as it does for heightmap export and I haven't been able to guess the format correctly while importing into Photoshop.

Can anyone tell me how exactly textures get exported to .RAW?
