Topic: How to add description block for markers?

How can I create such effect - a  description block with text and images, which appear if I click on the marker?

Is it possible to make such effect for the 3D markers and instead of the mouse click to use finger tap on the screen (for a mobile device)?'

You need to draw tooltips using uGUI.

In this case, you can create any tooltips.
Yes, it will work for 3D markers too.

OnlineMapsMarkerBase.OnClick works both as a click and as a tap event.
